Dave Hyson is a 7th generation York County native. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a Masters in Engineering and Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western. Dave's prior real estate experience includes owning and operating a property management company with over 100 units.

Dave is well versed in the sales and marketing of residential real estate as well as investment real estate. He has been involved in many aspects of residential real estate from basic remodeling to complete rehab projects and has advised clients of all types from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors who are buying real estate through IRAs.

In addition to his real estate career, Dave has previously served on the board of York Habitat for Humanity as the Building and Site Selection committee chair and is an elder with his church, Hopewell Presbyterian of Felton. Dave is an Eagle Scout and a graduate of York County School of Technology.
